Our 320 mm high-purity quartz tube for large-scale integrated circuits was carried out as a Jiangsu Provincial Science & Technology Support (Industrial) Project, and our newly developed 520 mm large-diameter high-purity tube has passed the preliminary review for national new products. We are now industrializing large-diameter tubes for 14-inch-plus wafer oxidation and diffusion furnaces, with more than RMB 5 million invested in new product development every year.

What sizes of fused quartz tube can you produce?
Standard transparent fused quartz tubes are produced from 2 mm to 500 mm outer diameter. We have also developed a 520 mm large-diameter high-purity tube for semiconductor diffusion and oxidation furnaces. Wall thickness, length and end finishing are made to your drawing.
What is the difference between fused quartz and fused silica?
Fused quartz is made by melting high-purity natural quartz crystal or sand; synthetic fused silica is produced from silicon-based precursors such as SiCl₄. Synthetic silica offers higher deep-UV transmission, while fused quartz delivers excellent thermal stability and purity at a lower cost for lamps, furnaces, labware and most industrial applications.
What is an ozone-free quartz tube and when do I need it?
An ozone-free tube is doped to absorb the 185 nm UV line that converts oxygen into ozone, while still transmitting the 254 nm germicidal wavelength. Choose it for UV sterilization lamps in water, air or surface disinfection where ozone generation is not acceptable.
Do you accept OEM and ODM custom quartz parts?
Yes. We manufacture to customer drawings — tubes with closed or flared ends, ground joints, flanges, quartz boats, cleaning tanks, crucibles, plates, windows and rods — and can support private-label packaging.
